• Carry out all demolition works associated with the new mega tenancy at Terminal 1.

• Remove internal structures, fittings, and fixtures as per demolition plans.

• Demolish non-structural walls, partitions, and ceilings as required.

​

• Safely disconnect and make-safe all services (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical).

​

• Manage dust, noise, and waste in accordance with airport regulations.

​

• Prepare site for handover to construction team for new tenancy fit-out.
