Perth Airport Estate 2.1ha incl 4x Terminals 150x Tenants

• Planned maintenance of all water, sewer, gas, and drainage networks, including servicing and repairs of pump stations, pipeworks, pits, hydrants, isolation works, grease arrestors, and macerators.

• Testing of networks and services according to PAPL or Australian Standard specifications.

• Planned reactive maintenance for landside and airside infrastructure assets, including commercial buildings, streets and carparks, security gates and fencing, billboards and sculptures, gardens, and landscaping.

​

• 24/7 reactive maintenance, including emergency works (KPI: 90-minute response time), management of any mitigation, immediate actions, and remediation until repaired.

​

• 24/7 containment of hydrocarbons or dangerous goods spills, including aviation fuels, both airside and landside.
